Terms of use
Last updated October 18, 2026
By using Hark Daily, on the web or in the Android app, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
The service
Hark Daily is a free personal project that gathers headlines from news sources, summarizes them and reads them aloud. It's provided as is, without warranties of any kind. It can change, pause or stop at any time.
The news
- Headlines and articles belong to their publishers. Each story links to its source; read the original for the full picture.
- Summaries are written automatically, sometimes by AI, and can be wrong or leave things out. Don't rely on them for decisions about your health, money, safety or the law.
- Briefings are for your own personal listening. Don't republish or sell them.
Your account
- Keep your sign-in to yourself. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
- Only add links you're allowed to read, and don't use Hark Daily to overload or scrape sites, or for anything unlawful.
- You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Liability
As far as the law allows, Hark Daily and its maker aren't liable for any loss or damage from using it or relying on what it says.
Changes
These terms may be updated; the date above shows when. Using Hark Daily after a change means you accept it. They're governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. See also the privacy policy.
